Terms of use

These terms apply when you use the LivsStyrker app, the web app at livsstyrker.no/app and livsstyrker.no. The service is provided by Incredible AS (organisation number 921 197 799). By creating an account, you accept the terms.

The service

LivsStyrker is a free service where you record moments, find strengths and send strengths to your contacts. It is available as an app for iPhone on the App Store, and as a web app at livsstyrker.no/app, which works in the browser on Android, computers and iPhone. LivsStyrker is a tool for reflection, not a psychological test or treatment.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use LivsStyrker. You sign in with Apple or with a code by email, and use the same account in the app and in the browser. Do not share sign-in codes with others, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

What you write and share

Your moments, reasons and photos are yours. You give us the right to store them and show them to you and to the people you send them to, as far as needed to deliver the service.

Share only photos you have the right to share, and ask before you share photos of others. You may not use LivsStyrker to harass, offend or threaten anyone, or to share illegal content.

Deletion and closing accounts

You can delete your account at any time in the app or in the browser, under “Settings”. We can close accounts that break the terms. If we shut down the service, we will tell you well in advance.

Liability

We do our best to keep the service working and your data safe, but we cannot promise that it is always available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer law.

Apple and the App Store

The iPhone app is downloaded from the App Store, and Apple’s App Store terms also apply when you use it. Apple is not responsible for LivsStyrker or the content of the app. You use the web app directly in the browser, without the App Store.

Changes and governing law

We may change the terms. We announce important changes in the app before they take effect. The terms are governed by Norwegian law.
